M & Hervé Salters are geniuses on guitar & keyboard & Gainsbourg's " Melody Nelson " is such a masterpiece ...

... great lyrics , limpid melodically  ... for me , it's  a perfect French pop song .... in a better world , it should have been a major hit single ..... time's are strange .... emotion have deserted most of art forms .....  money & vulgarity are ruling  ....
